Q&A

- What should I expect to pay for the season?
* Arizona High School League costs are shared between the league member teams. The League is non profit and costs  pay for Insurance, Pool equipment/Rental and Referees. Cost vary each year depending on the number of teams and athletes but this usually is between $65 to $95 dollars for the season from the athletes. The first $20 dollars is payed to USA water polo, the rest will be payed to the team for league entry fees and payment to referees

- How do I get started ?
To play you only need to register with USA water polo by selecting the Arizona league at  https://webpoint.usawaterpolo.com/wp/memberships/league_join.asp  Note: If you are a current USA water polo member there will be no cost charged, you just need to registre. If you are a new athlete only playing the US league the cost will be $20 and this is a part of the total cost for the season.

- Where are practices?
There will be regional practices hosted by the league on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6-8:30 pm at Mona Plummer Aquatic center. Your club high school team may have additional practices based on pool availability. Saturdays will be either practices or tournaments.

- Are there any other requirements?
* Coaches may be required to take additional swim safety training and if working at local high school they will need to register as a school volunteer.
